February Week 5

5 BELIAN!!

Yesterday was my first time attending perhimpunan in such an excitement. The results for the drama competition last week  have finally revealed. Our class has appeared to be the winner for the pure science category, followed by 5 Angsana and 5 Batai. While Vladimir starred by Zhi Hao and Siu Pao starred by Natasha became the best guy and best girl performer. Congratulation to all of you! 5 Belian, you made me so proud! Love you 5 Belian! Back to our normal school life, Monday, as usual, was definitely a very tiring day after a two days break. Puan Nurfaizah and Encik Rustam were absent and so we got 3 free periods. I should be studying, doing my revision for the monthly test next week, but in fact, i just sat there talking to my friends. sigh. 2 hours wasted. Today we did our Bio PEKA. Biology is actually a very interesting subject where you can play with the microscope, look at the cells, do experiments, but when it comes to the theory part, it is torturing. I wonder whether i am going to use all these knowledge in the future. I think that is all for this week. From now on, i must keep myself away from computer, i mean, hopefully i will...

February Week 4

Happy Birthday, Shi Hui!!

I'm officially 17 years old now. This Tuesday was my birthday, same day as Emir. Well, nothing special happened this year. Some presents from my friends, birthday wishes and a birthday day song sang by our class after drama practice. THANK YOU everyone! 2012 is a very important year. I must study hard so that i can pass my spm with flying colour. And our first term exam, or we can call it monthly test will be here in a week time. I seriously need to start working for it now.Today was our school annual cross country but this year it clashed with thet PIBG meeting. And so, the event ended very early compared to previous years. No sales, no carnival. It was actually kinda saddening as this is our last year in DJ. Like last year, i didn't run with my friends because I was helping teachers at the finishing line as quartermaster. 

Drama Competition

English Drama Competition 2012!

The 23rd of February has finally come. It was the day of drama competition, the day we have been waiting for. Honestly, i didn't really have much faith in our class at first. There were so many problems, conflicts, arguments and etc. happened. Everything was totally a mess and disorganize. Even though so, things got better as time passed. After practices and practices, our drama became better and better. I can see everyone in the drama team, the director, narrator, actors and actresses, the props people, the music people and even teacher, almost the entire class have put so much effort on it. At last, we've finally done it. The drama went on smoothly, the timing was accurate, there was only some small mistakes. But overall, to me, it was a great performance. After the competition, many people complimented on our props and how united our class was. I felt kinda guilty as i didn't really involve myself in the drama, sorry... Anyway, the result will only be out on next Monday, hopefully we can win the competition. No matter win or lose, everyone had already tried their best, and i am proud of you, 5 Belian. Good job, people!

February Week 3

"People call it Valentine's day, I call Tuesday".

Although this Tuesday was Valentine's day, to me, it was just a another ordinary school day. I saw many people giving cards, chocolate, sweets, roses...to their beloved friend. It actually seems more like a friendship day. This year, all the form 5 librarians, including me of course received donuts from Pn. M as Valentine's day gift. THANK YOU TEACHER! This week, our class was busying with the drama competition which will be held next Thursday. They had their drama practices almost everyday. I can see all of them have put in a lots of effort and precious time on this drama. Hopefully we can beat other classes and win this competition. Go 5 Belian! And for today, i have finally attended the undang lecture with chee yee. I have been telling my mom and asking permission from her to learn driving since last year, but she refused me all the time. We spent 6 hours there today, from 9 to 3, listening to the teacher's lecture. It would be so boring if i went there alone. Fortunately, you were there, chee yee and thank you for asking me to go with you.  

February Week 2

Last Saturday was known as "li chun", which the Chinese believe that an egg can stand by itself on this day. I saw many people posting their standing eggs on facebook, saying how cool it was. So,  my brother and I also went to try out but we were failed in the end.

On Sunday, early in the morning, Chee Yee, Sin Yee and I went to Chia Min's house to do our 3D project for Add. Math..We were asked to create a 3D model from recycling items. Our model is about a table(school table) big. It was really challenging as everyone in our group had never done something like this before. Without wasting more time, we started working as soon as we reached there. Chia Min's parents are very generous and kind. They bought us pizza for lunch in the afternoon. We took a break while waiting the model to dry before we can continue our work. At the end of the day, we've finally completed our project. Although it looks a bit weird, it's our first time and we've put a lot of effort on it. I just hope teacher can see our effort and give us a full mark for PEBEL.

An Incident that Occurred At The Polar Ice-Cap

               There was an incident happened at the Polar Ice-Cap on a Saturday night at 12.15p.m.. I was instructed to follow the Marines to rescue people. We were informed that a British Airways passenger plane had crash-landed at the middle of polar ice caps, 640 kilometers north of Arctic Circle. As I approached the glacier, I saw a man, who i assumed was the murderer aiming his gun to three of his hostages. As the murderer saw us, he pushed a poor girl into a tractor. Then he jumped into the tractor and took off. A man was killed when he tried to stop the murderer. Suddenly the traitor spun and turned rounds and rounds. The murderer grabbed the girl and jumped off the traitor before it crashed into a big stone. Both of them fell into a crevasse. A few minutes later, the hostage was rescued but unfortunately the criminal left in the crevasse. What happen to the murderer was remained unknown.

 

February Week 1

 

 It's Basketball!

This year basketball mssd competition was held on the 31 January to 3 February at SMK BUD(3). It's my fifth and the last time joining the competition. I am definitely going to miss basketball, my teammates and all the time we've spent together. The weather was extremely hot this week. Many people got sun burnt and darken. Luckily, i'm not one of them. For this year, our team got the second placing after we lost to the bu3 team, while the guys got the third placing. Congratulation! Unfortunately, the under 15 girls and guys didn't make it. But it's okay, all of you are still young, try again next year. Beside having a lots of fun, i also met many new friends and got closer to my juniors through the competition. Right now, i have a mountain of homework to be done after skipping school for four days, good luck shi hui! You have 3 more days.

January

Hello 2012!

Time flies. I'm already in form 5 and soon will be sitting for SPM examination and graduate from secondary school.  I just hope that time would just slow down because now, i still don't know anything about my future.To major in science? arts? or business? I seriously have no idea. Anyway, school had just reopened on the 4th of January. Finally, i can see all my friends, classmates and teachers after 2 months of holiday. Form 5 life is quite busy with all the co-curriculum, projects, assignments, tuition, and HOMEWORK. But overall, it's still considered fine and i already get use to it.

The third week of school was Chinese New Year and for this year, it's dragon year. I, actually is everyone, had been waiting for Chinese New Year to come ever since school reopened. As usual, my family and i went back to our home town in Pahang. Family reunion dinner, steamboat, firecrackers, fireworks, angpau, visiting relatives...Everything was just fun.
